Qualifications Worth Mentioning

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary apprenticeship a strong plus.
• Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker card required.
• Basic math skills for recipes, measurements, and portioning.
• Ability to memorize and execute Resort Standards, AAA Diamond expectations, and Mystery Shopper benchmarks.
