• Public Space Attendant - Oasis Waterpark (Housekeeping)

  The Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public space areas, including restrooms, within the water park.

• Operations Events Manager - DMC (Operations)

  *This position is a safety-sensitive position. Under the law, safety-sensitive positions are defined as positions where the employee operates, repairs, maintains or monitors the performance or operation of a motor vehicle, equipment, machinery, or power tools. • Banquet Set-Up (3rd Shift) (Catering/Banquet)

  The Houseperson/Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with Arizona Grand Resort’s high standard of quality.

• Barista - Marketplace Cafe (Food & Beverage)

  The Barista is responsible for selling food and beverage to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in guest satisfaction.

• Reservations Sales Agent (Sales & Marketing)

  The Reservation Sales Agent must handle a high volume of phone calls, manually track reports, detailing downloaded reservations from our central reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Lead Line Cook - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Lead Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station. Responsible for preparing and cooking all of the sauces, soups and stock. Ensure that kitchen orders have been properly prepared and verbally call tickets to the other line cooks before they are sold.

• Pastry Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Assist in the supervision of the Bakery department, including the preparation and production of all pastries, breads and dessert items for use in the resort’s daily operations.  

• EMT / Security Officer (Graveyard) (Security)

  The Security Officer must perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner to maintain a safe and secure environment. These functions include emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property.

• Expediter / Food Runner - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Lobby Grill’s casual atmosphere and contemporary comfort cuisine makes it one of Phoenix’s favorite places to kick-back and relax!

  The Expediter is responsible for assisting the Chef and the servers of the Lobby Grill with the expediting of food to ensure that the food is delivered to the tables in a timely manner.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server is responsible for providing an exceptional service experience during food and beverage events

• Guest Service Agent (HFR) (Guest Services)

  The Guest Service Agent is responsible for being an ambassador of the resort by providing friendly, efficient, and hospitable guest check-in and check-out service at the front desk.  The Guest Service Agent also provides guests with information about resort, local, and statewide activities and attractions and seeks opportunities to create a memorable and quality experience for both guests and patrons alike.  

• Dishwasher - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for washing the dishes and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding area. Also, to assist the chefs in any project that needs to be completed,

• Front Office Rooms Control Agent (Rooms Division)

  Responsible for blocking all group and leisure guest reservations in Springer Miller system.

• Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Local neighborhood favorite returns to Tempe! Aunt Chilada’s has been serving up delicious Mexican fare since 1986.

  The Busperson is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, stocking and replenishing service stations as well as assisting service staff in serving of guests to ensure total guest satisfaction.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Local neighborhood favorite returns to Tempe! Aunt Chilada’s has been serving up delicious Mexican fare since 1986.

  The Bartender is responsible for preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages.
