The Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public space areas, including restrooms, within the water park.

The Houseperson/Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with Arizona Grand Resort’s high standard of quality.
The Barista is responsible for selling food and beverage to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
The Reservation Sales Agent must handle a high volume of phone calls, manually track reports, detailing downloaded reservations from our central reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Lead Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station. Responsible for preparing and cooking all of the sauces, soups and stock. Ensure that kitchen orders have been properly prepared and verbally call tickets to the other line cooks before they are sold.
Assist in the supervision of the Bakery department, including the preparation and production of all pastries, breads and dessert items for use in the resort’s daily operations.
The Security Officer must perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner to maintain a safe and secure environment. These functions include emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property.

The Expediter is responsible for assisting the Chef and the servers of the Lobby Grill with the expediting of food to ensure that the food is delivered to the tables in a timely manner.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for being an ambassador of the resort by providing friendly, efficient, and hospitable guest check-in and check-out service at the front desk. The Guest Service Agent also provides guests with information about resort, local, and statewide activities and attractions and seeks opportunities to create a memorable and quality experience for both guests and patrons alike.
