• Pastry 1 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The culinary team at the Arizona Grand Resort are talented individuals that surpass all expectations. These highly trained and exceptionally experienced culinary artisans bring creativity and taste to every meal served.

  The Pastry 1 position is responsible for assisting in producing pastry products and working closely with the pastry lead to maintain standards and consistency throughout the department.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server is responsible for providing an exceptional service experience during food and beverage events

• Landscape Gardener (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Landscape Gardener is responsible for maintaining landscaped resort areas to provide a pleasant environment for guests and has extensive previous gardening experience. 

• Golf Greenskeeper (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, perform ground maintenance duties including maintaining greens, tees, fairways, vegetation and landscaped areas.

• Busperson - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Lobby Grill’s casual atmosphere and contemporary comfort cuisine makes it one of Phoenix’s favorite places to kick-back and relax!

  The Busperson is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.

• Banquet Set-Up Lead (Catering/Banquet)

  The Lead Houseperson/Set-up is responsible for organizing and supervising the setting up, breaking down and servicing of all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with Arizona Grand Resort’s high standards of quality.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Local neighborhood favorite returns to Tempe! Aunt Chilada’s has been serving up delicious Mexican fare since 1986. $500 Sign-on Bonus after 3 months of employment! *Must be in good standing to receive.

  The Aunt Chilada’s Line Cook is responsible for maintaining and setting up the food production line in accordance to standards, prepares food as ordered by guest in a timely manner according to highest standards.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing massage therapy for clients.

• Marketplace Cafe Barista (Food & Beverage)

  The Barista is responsible for selling food and beverage to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in guest satisfaction.

• Bilingual Assistant Director of People & Culture (Human Resources)

Assists to oversee the P&C function and has a tremendous impact on our organizational excellence. Responsible for coordinating and executing employee relations events to promote the Marc & Rose Hospitality culture for all associates. Manage benefits for new hires, as well as current associates. Coordinates the resort’s quality initiatives and follows through with results, to meet and exceed external and internal guest expectations. Collaborate with the Director of P&C on all associate relation matters which include investigations to ensure that all matters are managed fairly, consistently, and timely. Works closely with the Director of P&C in all aspects of the department of P&C to ensure that associates have a well-rounded associate experience and to continue to grow, cultivate and promote a healthy and vibrant workplace and culture. Along with the Director of P&C, is responsible for the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, on behalf of Marc & Rose Hospitality. Reports directly to the Director of P & C with a "dotted line" to the Corporate Director of People & Culture.

• Sales Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

  The Administrative Assistant to the sales department is responsible for supporting all operational and direct sales efforts of the Destination Sales Team, Sales Managers, and Director of Sales. High energy, attention to detail, and providing clear and consistent communication is the key to success in this position. This position is integral to a successful sales process.

• General Maintenance (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Houseperson/Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with Arizona Grand Resort’s high standard of quality.

• Dishwasher - Oasis Waterpark (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including Oasis kitchen, dry storage, Oasis loading dock, restrooms, and stewarding areas.

• Banquet Set-Up (Catering/Banquet)
