What You’ll Do

• Bring meeting room public areas to a polish worthy of a four-diamond standard.
• Dust, detail, and perfect every surface — furniture, art, shelving, and beyond.
• Give metal fixtures that signature gleam through careful, hands-on craftsmanship.
• Keep elevators and tracks spotless, ensuring every ride feels like a first impression.
• Maintain the Concierge Lounge with meticulous care, from trash bins to carpet spots.
• Lend a hand repositioning furniture alongside our shampoo crew.
• Be a friendly, knowledgeable face for guests — offering directions, answers, and warmth.
• Stay alert, reporting anything unusual to keep our guests and team safe.
• Guide guests calmly and confidently in the rare event of an emergency.
• Jump in wherever the Banquet Operations team needs an extra set of hands.
