What You Bring to the Table

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Culinary school or apprenticeship training is a welcome plus.

Experience

Three years in a supervisory culinary role, with sound knowledge of meat and fish fabrication, saucier technique, and the operational rhythm of scheduling and ordering. Banquet experience is a strong advantage.

Certifications

Current Maricopa County Food Handler Card.

Skills & Abilities

• Deep knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation techniques
• Clear communication in English, both spoken and written
• Dexterity to operate kitchen equipment with confidence
• Stamina to stand throughout service
• Strength to lift and move up to 200 lbs. on a continuous basis
