Your Essential Recipe
  • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to elevate team performance.
  • Supervise daily operations with precision, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
  • Lead by example in managing opening and closing duties and resolving guest concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Food & Beverage leadership and maintain optimal standards at all times.
Your Ingredients for Success
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous food and beverage supervisory experience required.
  • Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification required.
  • First Aid Training and CPR certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
