Essential Functions

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to exceptional service at the Bell Desk, from hiring to coaching.
  • Become the face of our lobby, ensuring it reflects the warmth and luxury of our resort.
  • Coordinate grand arrivals and departures, ensuring each guest feels uniquely valued.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all guest services.
  • Manage intricate logistics, including valet operations and room deliveries, with precision and care.
  • Uphold and elevate our AAA Four Diamond Standards through diligent management and strategic foresight.
  • Champion our resort’s safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards, ensuring peace of mind for all.

Who We Are Looking For

A professional with a flair for leadership and a passion for service excellence. You should have a solid background in resort or hotel management, equipped with a college degree and at least two years in a similar role. A clean driving record and the ability to embody our core values while managing diverse teams is essential. You’ll thrive by making quick, thoughtful decisions that enhance guest experiences and staff performance.
