Nestled at the foot of Camelback Mountain in the heart of beautiful Paradise Valley, our iconic property brings together Arizona’s timeless desert beauty, unforgettable celebrations, exceptional dining, and heartfelt guest experiences.

We’re looking for an organized, welcoming, detail-loving professional who enjoys being at the center of the action. In this highly visible role, you’ll help keep the property running smoothly while supporting our Sales, Events, Restaurant, Finance, and Operations teams. From greeting guests and coordinating reservations to managing deposits, calendars, menus, and event details, you’ll be an essential part of creating the polished, personal experience El Chorro is known for.

If you thrive on variety, take pride in getting the details right, and love helping people feel genuinely cared for, you’ll feel right at home here.

What Makes El Chorro Special

  • Be part of a warm, collaborative team that values curiosity, professionalism, kindness, and a little fun along the way.
  • Help create memorable experiences for restaurant guests, wedding parties, corporate groups, local regulars, and visitors from around the world.
  • Build your hospitality career in a distinctive four-diamond resort environment where high standards and genuine connection go hand in hand.

Your Impact Every Day

  • Create a friendly, professional, and welcoming first impression for guests, clients, vendors, and associates.
  • Support restaurant reservations by confirming bookings, conducting guest callbacks, and sharing feedback with the General Manager.
  • Serve as a key connection between the restaurant and Finance team, coordinating accounting-related activities with accuracy and discretion.
  • Process payments and deposits for sales and events, ensure deposits are collected according to contract terms, and partner with Billing to confirm payments.
  • Create and maintain a property calendar that keeps projects, events, department-head schedules, and important deadlines on track.
  • Provide administrative support to department heads and assist with coverage across the property as business needs require.
  • Coordinate site inspection details, expense reports, sales files, internal communications, and other essential administrative projects.
  • Maintain office inventory and place supply orders to keep the team prepared and productive.
  • Manage gift card sales and transactions with care and accuracy.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to update restaurant menus for seasonal changes, holidays, and advertising channels.
  • Assist with event and banquet needs in the absence of the Event & Banquet Assistant Manager, including event orders, signage, printed menus, buffet signs, and other guest-facing materials.
  • Ensure event signage and informational materials are prepared to El Chorro standards and placed throughout the property at the appropriate time.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients, guests, vendors, and fellow associates.
  • Take on other responsibilities assigned by leadership with flexibility, enthusiasm, and a team-first spirit.

You’ll Shine Here If You Are

  • A natural host who enjoys helping others and delivering thoughtful, attentive service.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and grace.
  • A proactive self-starter who follows through, anticipates needs, and looks for ways to make things better.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a variety of departments.
  • Professional, dependable, ethical, and discreet when handling sensitive information.
  • A clear and effective communicator with strong English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems, responsibilities, and ways to support the team.
  • Committed to presenting a polished, professional appearance appropriate for a four-diamond resort.
