  The Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.  This position and will help creating genuine hospitality and memorable experiences for our dining guests.

This includes consistent awareness of the podium, as well as activity in the cocktail lounge area of the bar and patio.
