• Line Cook (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Join the stellar culinary team at El Chorro ... one of Arizona's MOST iconic dining and event destinations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional full-service kitchen is preferred.

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station.  Learn new skills and cook fantastic culinary dishes!

• Server Assistant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.  This position and will help creating genuine hospitality and memorable experiences for our dining guests.

• Banquet Set Up (Catering/Banquet)

  The Houseperson/Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms, food functions and events in accordance with El Chorro’s high standard of quality.

• Pastry Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Pastry Cook AM is responsible for producing pastry products, fabricating pastry stock, and assisting with plate-ups and buffet preparation.

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)
