Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably holding a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Strong understanding of health regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Physical ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds through bustling environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
