  The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for optimizing financial performance across multiple destinations by managing pricing, positioning, and inventory for all hotels. This role involves developing and presenting sales strategies for transient and group customers, identifying new revenue opportunities, and effectively communicating strategies to stakeholders, including ownership. Additionally, but not limited to, the Director leads various projects and maintains relationships with hotel General Managers, Sales Leaders, and corporate teams. Base salary PLUS a lucrative incentive!
