• Painter (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Seeking a highly motivated painter who is interested in expanding their career at a beautiful and historic resort in the heart of Scottsdale! Experience required and equally important is someone who is professional in appearance and service oriented.

  The Painter position is responsible for responding to guest needs and department requests to maintain the entire facility by performing various tasks primarily related to, but not limited to, the painting and carpentry trades. This involves performing a variety of tasks and trades. These activities include the preparation of surfaces; application of coating to surface, faux finishes, and wall coverings (brush, roll and spraying applications). It also involves the application of varnishes, lacquers, sealers, stains, water & solvent borne paints, as well as working with hand and power tools to measure, cut, shape and assemble materials throughout the resort.

  The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for optimizing financial performance across multiple destinations by managing pricing, positioning, and inventory for all hotels. This role involves developing and presenting sales strategies for transient and group customers, identifying new revenue opportunities, and effectively communicating strategies to stakeholders, including ownership. Additionally, but not limited to, the Director leads various projects and maintains relationships with hotel General Managers, Sales Leaders, and corporate teams. • Housekeeping Assistant Manager (Housekeeping)
