The Opportunity
As Area General Manager, you will hold the reins of strategy and the warmth of hospitality in equal measure. You’ll provide hands-on leadership across both properties — driving financial performance, cultivating culture, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story worth telling. You’ll partner closely with ownership and corporate leadership, translating vision into daily excellence, and daily excellence into lasting reputation.
This is a role for someone who understands that luxury isn’t marble floors or thread counts — it’s the feeling guests carry home with them.
What You Bring
- 10+ years leading boutique, independent luxury properties with a guest-centric, forward-thinking approach
- A proven ability to balance the art of hospitality with the discipline of operational and financial accountability
- Natural fluency in working alongside ownership groups and corporate stakeholders
