Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure our public areas—from the cozy lobby and steamy sauna to our outdoor seating areas—sparkle and shine, reflecting the pristine beauty of our surroundings. Your efforts will provide a warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean environment for guests from around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all public spaces, including the lobby, guest restrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Refresh and stock supplies in restrooms, ensuring everything is spotless and sanitary.
- Engage with our guests, offering directions, assistance, and a friendly word—helping make their stay memorable.
- Enhance the safety and security of our lodge by reporting any unusual activities or safety hazards.
- Promote a luxurious experience in our sauna and steam rooms through meticulous attention to detail.
- Care for lush lodge plant life, adding a touch of green to every corner.
Who We’re Looking For
An ideal candidate is someone who resonates with our commitment to hospitality and has a knack for meticulous care. If you have experience in janitorial or caretaking roles and are familiar with the nuances of high-quality service, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a janitorial or caretaking role, or a similar field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Aptitude for using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring continuous movement and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Completely reimagined, this boutique hotel melds iconic 1960's retro elements with a contemporary lodge aesthetic.
