Essential Functions
- Swiftly and professionally respond to the needs of internal and external customers.
- Build and nurture positive relationships aiming for the highest client satisfaction.
- Design and execute events that balance client desires with creativity and profitability.
- Oversee extensive resort assets, ensuring optimal revenue and inventory utilization.
- Maintain detailed coordination across departments ensuring flawless event execution.

Qualifications and Experience
With a foundation of a High School Diploma, your journey has led you to accrue a minimum of four years in Resort Catering/Event Management. A college degree is preferable to enhance your scope of expertise. Your skills span sophisticated knowledge of hospitality essentials, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an innate ability to manage client relations with exceptional tact and diplomacy.
