  The Bartender is responsible for preparing, serving, and selling food and beverages.

• Lead Lifeguard (Recreation/Entertainment)

  To maintain and oversee the Lifeguard, Safety & guest Activity programs. In addition, attend & implement special functions for holidays, special events and group clients.

• Executive Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Executive Steward is responsible for overseeing the staff responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and other preparation areas; coordinating and directing all deliveries, work assignments, and event planning to ensure organization, sanitation, and training; controls inventory and security of china, glass, silver and other essential equipment; and ensures that the cost of operations and operational standards are consistent with departmental goals.

• Assistant Stewarding Manager (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Assistant Stewarding Manager is responsible for assisting the Stewarding Manager in the supervision and operations of the Stewarding Department. They will also ensure delivery of food to banquet areas; assist with driving a flatbed truck and/or other company vehicles; assist serving staff in serving meals; and keep the Banquet Kitchen and dish room clean, organized and up to health code.

• Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher (Administrative)

  The Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher is responsible for directing, dispatching and logging calls from incoming phone lines within the Property Operations Department, as well as providing other administrative support for the department.

• Bell Person (Guest Services)

  The Nail Technician is responsible for providing manicures, pedicures and other nail services provided by the Spa and Salon.

• Banquet Set-Up (Catering/Banquet)

  The Houseperson/Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with Arizona Grand Resort’s high standard of quality.

• Front Office Rooms Control Agent (Rooms Division)

  Responsible for blocking all group and leisure guest reservations in Springer Miller system.

• Information Technology Technician (Technology/IT)

  The Information Technology Technician is responsible for information technology issues, products and services.  The position provides support for all hardware, software and networking equipment.
