The Assistant Stewarding Manager is responsible for assisting the Stewarding Manager in the supervision and operations of the Stewarding Department. They will also ensure delivery of food to banquet areas; assist with driving a flatbed truck and/or other company vehicles; assist serving staff in serving meals; and keep the Banquet Kitchen and dish room clean, organized and up to health code.
