What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are spotless and inviting.
- Conduct detailed room inspections to guarantee our standards are met, enhancing the guest experience.
- Assign and manage daily tasks, ensuring efficiency and thoroughness in every corner of our lodge.
- Organize and oversee training sessions, focusing on cleaning protocols, safety practices, and guest interaction, to cultivate an environment of learning and empowerment.
- Handle inventory and supply orders meticulously to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to streamline communication and address any guest needs or facility issues promptly.
- Take charge of compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols, providing a safe, clean, and appealing environment for everyone.
- Engage directly with guests to resolve any concerns, ensuring every interaction is handled with grace and professionalism.
- Support special projects, from deep cleaning to preparing for VIP guests, ensuring every detail contributes to an extraordinary guest experience.
Who We’re Looking For
High School graduates or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of six months to one year in a supervisory role within housekeeping. We value a strong work ethic, a commitment to ethical behavior, and the ability to communicate effectively. Physical readiness, a professional appearance, and a proficiency in English are essential to thrive in this role. If you’re eager to lead, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to a team that values kindness and professionalism, you’ll fit right in!

About High Country Motor Lodge
High Country Motor Lodge is a boutique mountain retreat along Flagstaff's historic Route 66, offering 123 rooms including private cottage and junior suites. Completely reimagined from its 1960s roots, the property blends retro character with a contemporary lodge aesthetic in the heart of the Colorado Plateau.
