• Assistant F & B Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the coolest and one of THE most popular lobby bars and restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana themed property!

  The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist Restaurant and Outlet Leaders with two points of emphasis (1) train and coach peers, lead the team towards meeting and exceeding restaurant/outlet standards in the areas of guest service, sales goals, product knowledge and front of the house operations, and (2) assume a supervisory/Manager on Duty role by performing associated tasks when asked by management to do so.

• Lead Banquet Cook (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide a HEARTfelt experience for our group and social guests by joining our banquet team and with professionalism, respect, and service savvy. Our banquet culinary and service team are amazing and The Scott is a wonderful place to work BEyond Expectations!

  The Lead Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the coolest lobby bar, restaurant and pool oasis on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property! This is an excellent, entry level leadership opportunity!

  The Canal Club / F&B Supervisor will assist the Food & Beverage leadership team with two points of emphasis (1) train and coach peers, lead the team towards meeting and exceeding restaurant standards in the areas of guest service, sales goals, product knowledge and front of the house operations, and (2) assume a supervisory/Manager on Duty role by performing associated tasks when asked by management to do so.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Line Cook (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Canal Club is the hottest restaurants on the Scottsdale resort scene! Be a part of culinary history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property!

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.

• Line Cook (AM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Canal Club is the hottest restaurants on the Scottsdale resort scene! Be a part of culinary history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property!

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.
