• Pool Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Pool Bartender is responsible for creating specialty drinks and beverages, as well as selling food items at the pool bar to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in a heartfelt experience of genuine hospitality. We are looking for Part-time and must have weekend availability.

• Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  In this impactful role, as an executive committee member, you will lead the financial operation of The Scott Resort & Spa, partner with our in-house associates and leaders, and collaborate with our corporate finance and company leaders for Marc & Rose Hospitality. Amazing opportunity!

  The Director of Finance oversees and manages the financial and accounting functions of the resort and its associated hotel properties. This role safeguards company assets, ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Uniform System of Accounts, and ensures the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. The Director provides financial analysis to support profit-maximization goals, manages cash flow reporting, and leads the training, supervision, and performance management of the Finance team. In addition, this position partners with property leadership and the corporate office to ensure accurate, timely reporting and operational support.

• Bell / Valet Attendant (Guest Services)

  The bell/valet attendant is responsible for representing the resort at the main entrance. They should enthusiastically greet arriving and departing guests according to resort standards. They escort guests to their suites, providing guests with a full orientation of the resort and the suite itself.

• Director of Front Office (Rooms Division)

  The Director of Front Office is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk and Bell Attendant teams, while maintaining an environment whose goal is superior guest service and satisfaction, built on the Marc & Rose Hospitality Culture: Making Space for Genuine Hospitality. This role will be fully involved in plans to maximize revenue and profits in their department while maintaining a service oriented work environment. This position will work closely with all levels of associates and management throughout the resort and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships that foster a high level of interdepartmental teamwork and communication. 

• Lobby Bar Barback (Food & Beverage)

  The Lobby Bar Barback at The Canal Club is responsible for the initial preparation of the Lobby bar ensuring smooth operating during assigned shifts. 

• Banquet Set-Up Houseperson (Catering/Banquet)

  This is a great entry level position in our banquet department for a team oriented, strong and dependable individual. Experience is a plus however we are willing to train!

  The Full Time Banquet Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with The Scott Resort & Spa’s high standard of quality.  Previous set up experience is a huge plus.

• Cocktail Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Cocktail Server at The Canal Club lobby bar is responsible for serving beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. 

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Supervisor assists in management of daily Front Office operations by overseeing and supporting the Front Office team. They are responsible for providing welcoming, friendly, efficient, resourceful and hospitable service at the front desk, including check in/out and guest resolution. Open availability is essential.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Busser / Server Assistant (Chefs/Kitchen)
