The Event Manager is responsible for the enthusiastic, heartfelt, efficient, and professional coordination of any assigned convention, conference or meeting group. This position is on the payroll of The Scott Resort & Spa however, it is based at our fantastic sister property, the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, as part of our ONE TEAM! This role works with events for The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa AND The Scott as part of the ONE TEAM for Marc & Rose Hospitality.

Train, supervise and work with our banquet culinary associates in order to prepare, cook and present our banquet food according to resort standards. Aid in creating quality food products for all aspects of banquet facilities to meet high standards of quality and drive guest satisfaction. Presence at Banquet Event Order meetings, creation of custom menus as needed, and full knowledge of BEO’s. Coach and mentor banquet culinary associates. Develop positive and productive relationships with service staff with a focus on ongoing training and fostering a team environment. Responsible for daily payroll reporting and assisting with management of banquet kitchen financials in accordance with monthly budgets. Will maintain direct and frequent contact and communication with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to support overall property culinary success.
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is interested in growing their career in Maintenance / Engineering! Experience required and equally important is someone who is professional in appearance, service oriented, and who enjoys maintaining a beautiful and historic property!
The Maintenance Engineer III will be a valuable member of the Engineering department, responsible for everything from basic tasks to more skill-oriented maintenance duties as it pertains to maintaining the Resort facilities and supporting associate and guest needs. This will include responding to guest needs and department maintenance requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, and includes working with tools to fix, repair or maintain furniture, painting of Resort facilities and decor, and other assignments as requested. This role will also provide knowledge and expertise to Engineering associates on more complex tasks.

This Maintenance Engineer position will be responsible for everything from basic tasks and to more skill-oriented maintenance duties as it pertains to responding to guest needs and department requests; electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and working with tools to fix, repair or maintain furniture, paint and other basic assignments to help maintain the entire facility and support the team. This involves performing a variety of tasks and trades.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing welcoming, friendly, efficient, resourceful and hospitable service at the front desk, including check in, check out and guest resolution.
