• Lead Banquet Cook (Catering/Banquet)

  The Lead Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

• Public Area Attendant (PM) (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of resort pool areas, resort lobby, guest restrooms, public walkways, ashtrays, front entrance, as well as assisting Housekeeping Management and Room Attendants in order to maintain Resort standards of quality. This is a PM position, so afternoon/evening shifts, especially weekends, is required (no overnights).

• Assistant F & B Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist Restaurant and Outlet Leaders with two points of emphasis (1) train and coach peers, lead the team towards meeting and exceeding restaurant/outlet standards in the areas of guest service, sales goals, product knowledge and front of the house operations, and (2) assume a supervisory/Manager on Duty role by performing associated tasks when asked by management to do so.

• Accounts Payable Manager / General Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager / General Cashier to join our Finance team in a Shared Services environment. This position will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments while maintaining compliance with accounting principles. In addition, this position will maintain the integrity of all cash deposits and reconciliations as well as issue house banks and provide accurate change to staff. This position will support the Assistant Director and Director of Finance.

• Sous Chef (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The PM Sous Chef at The Canal Club will support day to day operations which includes but not limited to supervising and working with all kitchen staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to restaurant and resort recipes, in order to create high quality and exceptional food products.

• Line Cook (AM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  We are seeking an experienced, resourceful and passionate leader to embrace the maintenance of our property and every facet of engineering operations for The Scott!

  To maintain the entire facility that is The Scott Resort & Spa; to include the physical building structures, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, pools, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs.  Ensure the upkeep of all guest and associate areas to maintain an attractive well-maintained resort.  Manage and oversee all renovation and other special projects.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.
