• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining La Playa Hotel, Brophy's Tavern and Hotel Carmel’s front and back of house areas, to include all guest rooms, meeting areas, interior and exterior of the hotels.

  The Area Director of People & Culture for Marc & Rose California hotel properties (Specifically, La Playa Hotel/Hotel Carmel and Casa Loma Beach Hotel/Laguna Beach House) plays a crucial role in managing the People & Culture (HR) function across multiple hotel locations within the state, in partnership with the CA property leaders, reporting to the VP of P&C and Corporate Director of P&C, as well as other company and corporate leaders, with the strongest emphasis being on California Employment and Labor Law compliance and Company Culture.

• Pool Server (Food & Beverage)

Our Bud's Server is responsible for the delivery of our outstanding food and/or beverages to include engaging and connecting with guests, taking their order and executing the service of the ordered items to the guest in a friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, timely and heartfelt manner.

• Night Audit (Guest Services)
