• Banquet Cook (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide a unique experience for our group and social guests by joining our banquet culinary team! Our award-winning banquet culinary and service teams are amazing, and The Scott is a wonderful place to work where teamwork and a creative spirit are embraced.

  The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Canal Club is the hottest restaurants on the Scottsdale resort scene! Be a part of culinary history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property!

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.
